The files 
    - monarch.cgi
    - monarch_ez.cgi
inside this directory, containing a bug fix for the "Pre flight test".

Please replace these files in
 
    /var/www/html/monarch/cgi-bin

under CentOS installations.

The file
    - MonarchFile.pm
inside this directory, is a bug fix for the "extended_host_info.cfg", which
is not included in the "/etc/nagios/nagios.cfg" file when using Nagios 3.x.

Please replace the file in

    /var/www/monarch/lib

under Centos 5.X installations.
